Access control and entrance management

The entrance decides how the rest goes. We organise access and admission so that authorised people get in quickly and everything else stays outside – calmly, politely and traceably.

Access control

Control that does not slow things down

Access control is organisation, not confrontation. Before the first person reaches the entrance, we clarify authorisations, routes, capacities and exceptions. Who is expected, how do they identify themselves, what happens if authorisation is missing, who decides in case of doubt?

Our officers are qualified under §34a GewO and trained to recognise situations early and resolve them calmly. Present but not provocative: that matters just as much at a company event as at the factory gate on an early shift.

At the entrance, structure counts: clear routes, clear responsibilities, clear communication.

Scope

Scope of services

We agree together which of these make sense in your case. You only pay for the services that match your event and your hours.

  • Admission control and checking of authorisations
  • Access control at factory gates, entrances and receptions
  • Visitor guidance and routing
  • Checking of ID cards, tickets and accreditations
  • De-escalating communication in conflict situations
  • Documentation of incidents and refused entries

What that means for you

01

Orderly entry

Authorised guests get in quickly. Unclear cases are resolved without blocking the flow.

02

De-escalation first

Our officers resolve situations through communication and clear rules, not through a show of force.

03

The role of host

The entrance is the first impression of your event or your company. That is exactly how we behave.

An event or an access point to secure?

Describe the occasion, the expected number of people and the location. We will develop an admission concept with the right number of officers.
